1. Is NEMO Science Museum open?

NEMO will be closed from 15 December to 9 February. This is in accordance with national measures to stop the spread of the coronavirus.

2. When will NEMO reopen?

The current expectation is that NEMO will reopen on 10 February. If the situation changes, an update will be published on this website. We hope to see you at NEMO again soon!

3. I have already bought a ticket. Will I get a refund?

If you have purchased one or more tickets for the period between 15 December and 9 February, these will be cancelled. The full purchase amount will be automatically refunded to you within 6 weeks.

4. I have booked a school visit. How do I cancel this booking?

All school visits between 15 December and 9 February will be cancelled. Schools will receive more information soon.

5. Is NEMO’s Rooftop Square still open?

NEMO’s Rooftop Square is also closed.

6. Can I still buy products from the gift shop?

The museum gift shop is closed, but you can still order products from NEMO’s online shop.

The NEMO website offers plenty of ideas for fun tests and experiments. Try creating a chain reaction, for example, extracting energy from lemons, or experimenting with optical illusions.
