SAIL at NEMO
The 10th edition of SAIL Amsterdam will be held from 20 August to 24 August. NEMO will be hosting four evenings of live music on the rooftop square, overlooking the harbour. Kicking off the celebrations on Wednesday 20 August are party band The Bouncers and singer Jari Hellegers.

Jari Hellegers
A rising star in the Dutch music scene, Jari Hellegers has amassed a legion of fans with his Spanish-influenced Dutch-language pop. Whether you speak Dutch or not, you’ll be singing along in no time. One thing’s for sure: he knows how to get the party started!
The Bouncers
The Bouncers weave up-tempo ska and reggae grooves into their own songs and unique covers. With cool rhythm, bold brass and smooth woodwind sections, they’ll get your feet moving and hips swaying.
Summer on the roof
In July and August, the rooftop square will be open until 21:00 on Thursdays and Fridays, with live music on Thursdays. During SAIL from 20 to 23 August, you can enjoy free musical performances every evening. The restaurant will be serving food and drinks all evening. The rooftop can be accessed via the steps on the outside of the building or the lift in NEMO’s entrance hall.
