Start your day off bright and cheerful. This summer, you can join yoga classes on the rooftop terrace. Watch the city wake up and enjoy the best view of Amsterdam. The classes are an hour long and combine traditional hatha and kriya kundalini yoga, breathing techniques, and meditation. The sessions are guided by yoga teacher Rocinta Mohan.
The classes take place on the rooftop square from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. The rooftop is accessible via the stairs on the east side. The meeting point is at the entrance gate at the top of the stairs. Please bring your own mat.

On the rooftop terrace, you can enjoy nature, science and a stunning view over Amsterdam. It’s a lovely spot for a bite to eat and a drink. After the class, you’re welcome to linger on the rooftop for a while. Coffee and tea are available in the Conservatory at the top of the building.
