Watch the trailer
Nanni Moretti records three chapters from his life in his diary. The first sees him crisscrossing a deserted Rome on his Vespa; in the second, he visits a friend living a life of austerity on an Italian island; and in the last chapter, he develops a mysterious illness that no doctor is able to cure. All these chapters, depicting various episodes from his life, are shot through with a keen sense of irony and humorous introspection.
