Artwork at NEMO: Fracture Point
Filip Roca's artwork Fracture Point is projected onto the NEMO building.
The projection features large, grid-like 3D shapes that break, bend and shift. They represent how we view our past, how we change, and how old habits can sometimes prevent us from seeing new opportunities. Are we really evolving, or are we just doing the same thing in a different way?
Roca uses the lines and shapes of the NEMO building in his artwork. By playing with what is already there and what you can still imagine, the artwork makes you think about the future: who we could become, regardless of what lies behind us.
