The European Union has funded nine collaborative projects in which NEMO participated. The themes ranged from gender to research and design as learning tools, and from technology to citizen participation.

NEMO and the City of Amsterdam regularly work together on a wide variety of themes. Knowledge is one of Amsterdam’s core values and NEMO’s copper-green building might never have been realized without the firm commitment of the city’s administrators.
